These terms govern your use of the Thethreadsy website (the “Site”) and any orders placed through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Every Thethreadsy piece is handcrafted to order. Because of the nature of handmade work:

• Each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are not defects — they are a mark of authenticity.
• Photographs are representative. Yarn batches and lighting may cause minor differences between the image and the piece you receive.
• Lead times are estimates. We will communicate clearly if a piece takes longer than expected.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is automatically cancelled.

Shipping terms are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: we ship across India, standard shipping is ₹99 (free over ₹999), and most orders arrive within 7–10 working days from order date.

All content on this Site — including product photography, designs, patterns, written copy, brand name, and logo — is owned by Thethreadsy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Custom commissions are made for the buyer's personal use; resale or reproduction of our designs is not permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thethreadsy's total liability for any claim arising from your order or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will always try to resolve any issue informally first — please reach out to us before escalating.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version applies to all orders placed after its publication. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
